Buddy & Baby
Today I met Buddy and Baby.
Baby is bed-stricken and Buddy never leaves her side. She can't communicate and he's always listening. She wakes up at night and he's there to keep her company in the dark. Love is not a strong enough word.
They met my aunt and my uncle's nephew at the hospital. That's how my family came to know theirs.
Tomorrow I'm going to see Buddy again. I promised him a coffee.
I'm writing this here because I don't ever want to forget.
